With this "lady", you really have to hit through the ball. Once you do, you're in heaven. Big-time control, a lot of spin and excellent manoeuverability are all there. Combine that with the best feel you'll ever find in a tennis racquet and you've got something really special. The Volkl C 10 Pro has the best of all worlds. Stringing with Pacific natural gut has really enhanced "her" feel – what a treat! A few grams of lead tape at 3 and 9 turned this racquet into a serve-monstre. Now I know why the greatest of all - John McEnroe - was playing with it. I've got 4 of these "ladies", "she" is like music to my ears.
It's built super well, all the compartments seal well and it has great storage and a ton of room. The drink compartment is great and can hold a pretty good amount of drinks that remain ice cold for hours. One thing I really like is the side pocket that contains small compartments for putting stuff like pens, phone, keys and other bits and pieces. I carry my 4 racquets in there and that leaves me all the extra room for my tennis shoes, a few cans of balls, shorts, shirt, socks, extra grips, lead tape, you name it. This bag is just awesome.
Great shoe! I played in them for a few hours right out of the box and didn't have one rub spot on the ankle, pinch or stiffness in the shoe. It is the most comfortable shoe out of the box I've ever worn. I highly recommend this shoe to players who need cushioning and a stable feel on the court.
