Great honest service. I did not know that the postage cost was incorrectly stated on the internet, but the team at World of Tennis indicated this to me and refunded the difference. The item arrived within 2 working days as indicated. Wish they were in Sydney. Loving the new tennis string.

It seems to be a long way to order items from Australia to send to Sweden, but in this case, it was well worth it. The clothing was excellent. I bought a racquet online. At the time of placing order, the racquet was out-of-stock. Since it was on special price, I was happy to wait. During the waiting period, I sent them a couple of emails questions, and the replies were always prompt and friendly. Not only I received the racquet with quality restrung (upgraded string), but also a gift. Overall I feel they are determined to have their customers happy.
